We appreciate that a career move is one of the most important and life changing decisions you will ever make and we will work in partnership with you to ensure that the move you make is the right one. We do this by offering you the following:
- An initial telephone interview, followed by a face to face meeting to fully understand the motivations behind your career move and what your ideal position might look like.
- Market information: We will provide you with up to date information on the firms and opportunities that we feel will be right for you, although ultimately we will listen to what you want and be guided by you.
- CV writing advice and interview technique training: To ensure you have the best chance of being successful in each interview situation. We will also ensure detailed interview feedback is received and passed on from any firm where you attend an interview through us.
- Discretion: All your discussions with us will be kept strictly confidential and we will always obtain your consent before sending your CV to any firm.
- A proactive approach: We will not just sit and wait for your ideal opportunity to come to us, but take a proactive approach by making tailored confidential approaches to firms on your behalf. You will receive regular updates from us on any applications made on your behalf so you are kept fully informed throughout your work search.
At any one time we are actively looking to recruit for up to 50 vacancies with firms of all sizes across a variety of locations. We are also happy to take a proactive approach to an individual's search for a new opportunity by making initial confidential introductions to firms to establish whether there could be interest.
