Immigration Solicitor/Caseworker

We are looking to recruit an Immigration Solicitor/Caseworker for a permanent opportunity with a well-regarded law firm based in Birmingham.

Recent and relevant experience of immigration law work is essential for this position.

You will be responsible for handling a diverse and interesting, privately funded immigration caseload. The successful individual will actively manage and develop client relationships including the day-to-day contact with the clients as well as preparing a variety of business and personal immigration applications in addition to providing advice on complex UK immigration, appeals and litigation issues. Strong drafting skills to prepare representations are essential for this role.

This will be an interesting and diverse workload and you should be self-motivated with good drafting skills to prepare representations.

Key personal attributes include being very self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
